How to: Trim tags from patterned paper and black + white acetate paper, use string to tie each patterned paper tag to an acetate tag. Add stickers and die cuts with foam tabs. Add rub-ons and foam thickers to tags. Adhere washi tape to each tag. Use a sewing machine to add white stitching to each tag. Finish tags by adding a paper clip to each tag.
