How To: Cut out circular background with an electronic die cutting machine.  Place cut circle pieces onto a white background paper, adhere down.  Use a sewing machine with white thread to stitch pieces down. Sprinkle navy ink across the page.  Print a small black and white photo and adhere to the center of the layout.  Trim snapshot title from patterned paper and adhere to the left side of photo.  Embellish layout by adhering chipboard stickers to the page.  Adhere acrylic pieces and flair button to page.  Finish page by stamping word stamps onto layout.
