Today, you shine bright

Hi everyone, Can you believe that it is February? Where did the month go? I wanted to share with you today a fun layout that I put together at a retreat that I went to last weekend.
I pulled out some of my favorite papers from the Persnickety Collection (Lily Bee) for this. I just love how it turned out.

I was inspired by the fashion world and added, sequins, feathers and fabric stars and metallic floss to my layout. My daughter came with me to the retreat in Napa this weekend and we met up with some good friends there. My good friend Suzy West took the photo of my daughter on the left and I took the one on the right. I am so glad that I have a daughter that likes
to model!

It has been a while since I have blogged a new project. I am trying to get back into the swing of things after a long bout of jury duty, the holidays and an awful stomach bug that hit our house. Lots of catching up to do!
