American Crafts NSD Blog Hop










Hello and welcome to the American Crafts National Scrapbook Day 2014 Blog Hop!  I hope you'll be inspired to by the amazing design team today and play along with each one of the challenges!


My Challenge: Is to make a background out of die cuts for your layout!

Sweet by Gina Lideros

How to:  Using Gelatos and a watercolor paintbrush spread white gelatos all over the background of your layout.  Dip watercolor paintbrush in water and use to blend in the background.  Die Cut stitched hearts using stitched heart die from Studio Calico.  Add some machine stitching with a sewing machine and adhere to background.  Add photo, title and ribbon.  Finish by adhering buttons and embellishments.
Supplies: 
SC Wanderlust 6x6 paper pad, SC heart stitching die, Daydreamer Wood buttons & epoxy heart,
SC LemonLush vellum labels, AC cardstock - Shamrock, Amy Tangerine Cut and Paste epoxy bows,
Crate Paper Oh Darling clothespin & vellum ephemera
