Good morning friends, looking forward to a fun Saturday. I am taking my daughter to a cheer performance, then scrapping with some of my local friends - Ashley Newell, Marie Ramirez, Tricia Wilson, and Kristi Lewis.


I wanted to share with you a recent layout that I made for Epiphany Crafts using their round 14 shape studio tool, round 14 bubblecaps, and felt flowers.

Tip- I Created a fun border by cutting my felt flowers in half and lining them up on the page, then adding custom shaped epoxies from Epiphany Crafts.
Supplies:
Pattern paper: Remnant paper, junk drawer paper - Odds and Ends collection (Cosmo Cricket)
All systems go paper - Rocket age collection (October Afternoon), Pearls paper - Portrait collection (Crate paper)
Twin lakes paper -Campy Trails collection (American Crafts), Giclee paper - Out of print collection (Basic Grey),
kindle paper - sunshine broadcast collection (Sassafrass Lass)
tools: round 14 shape studio tool, round 14 bubblecaps, felt flowers (Epiphany Crafts)

I cut their felt flowers in half to create a fun border across the bottom of my page. So fun!

Today I have a fun abc card that I made using the new apple cheddar soup line by Jillibean Soup. I really love the colors in this line combined with the cute floral, apples and plaid designs. These colors just scream Fall to me, so they are perfect for back to school themed projects.

I had so much fun making the banner out of Maya road chipboard banner pieces, wooden spools, and twine.

Did you notice the bubble cap letters? I created them with my round 14 shape studio tool from Epiphany Crafts.

Authentique? If you haven't seen it or played with it in person yet, let me tell you - it is amazing! I love the textures, I love the colors, I love everything about it!

I made this layout into a pocket page using their foundations paper. Here is a close up:


Their foundations paper is two sided, so that you can easily make pocket pages and other fun projects.

I hope that you are enjoying your summer. I have been enjoying some time off with the kids, and am very blessed to live close to some amazing crafty girls. My very talented friends Suzy West
, Marie Ramirez, Tricia Wilson, and Ashley Newell have been coming over once a week (sometimes more) to craft. We always enjoy our time together, and I am always amazed at the talents each one of these girls has.

Hi, everyone! I hope that you are having a great start to your 4th of July weekend. I have been super swamped with projects that I have been doing for CHA. Unfortunately, I can't share those until after the show.
So, I thought that I would share with you some recent cards that I created using the Homespun Chic line from GCD Studios

Beautiful Brave girl card

This is a card that I made for Breast Cancer awareness month. Did you notice the cute felt flowers and epoxy they are
from Epiphany Crafts. To make the epoxy I simply downloaded a pink ribbon from a Breast cancer awareness site, then used my custom shape studio tool.

Breathe in...

this one I made for my friends that are affected by Fibromyalgia (I am one of them). Some days are harder then others, so it is nice to have encouragement.

What a woman...

this is a just because card, but it could be used for encouragement too. I love the message.

What inspires you?

Last month I traveled to Arizona to work the CK convention for Epiphany Crafts. While I was there I saw this cute Ewok shirt at PacSun. I knew Matthew would go nuts over this shirt because it is two things he really loves - Star Wars and skateboarding.

Unfortunately they do not sell kids sizes at PacSun, and the smallest size they had available was a Mens Large.
When I got home I told Matthew all about the shirt and he talked me into going online to see if we could order it for him. We were able to find it in a Mens small, so we ordered it. He loves the shirt and is so happy with it.

The shirt inspired me to make a 'Star Wars' themed birthday card.



I used Epiphany Crafts shape studio tool to make an epoxy out of a Star Wars image found in a Pottery Barn catalog. I used the round 14mm epoxy, vintage setting and felt flower (all from Epiphany Crafts).
Here is a close up of the embellishment.


I think this card would be cute for anyone who has a Star Wars fan in their house, I really like how it came out.

Back from a busy weekend with Epiphany Crafts!

I had so much fun this past weekend working the Epiphany Crafts booth at the 2 day expo in Pleasanton. We had so many lovely customers that stopped by that just loved our tools!



We offered free make and takes at our booth, so that customers could try the tool hands on. Our booth was totally rockin'
with lots of fun. Thank you everyone that stopped by!



and now for some exciting news....

Epiphany Crafts was on HSN this morning for the National Craft month special. They sold out of the shape studio tool in 5 minutes. Wow!
