Illustrated Faith Design Team!

I am so excited to be part of the Bella Blvd/Illustrated Faith Design and Education team!  Illustrating my faith has brought me closer to God.  I love that this hobby allows me to be creative while also learning more about him. I am looking forward to encouraging others through the word!

Faith | The Cut Shoppe

Hi Everyone,

I have been following Shanna Noel in the Illustrated Faith series for awhile now and recently dove in and started creating my own Bible Journaling pages.  I wanted to share one of my completed pages on a new layout using The Cut Shoppe cut files.

I started my layout by using spray mists and watercolors on my background page.  Then I added my photo, and wood veneer pieces.  I used my Silhouette to cut triangles from the Tricky Triangles cut file, and then stitched them onto my layout with my sewing machine. I cut my title from white cardstock paper and then added watercolors to the bottom half before adhering down.  I finished my layout by adding my journaling and a strip of washi tape.

I had so much fun using the All Tied Up Alpha on my page and I love the way it looks with a little pop of color.

Supplies:  All Tied Up Alpha, Tricky Triangles:  The Cut Shoppe;
Patterned Paper,  Wood Veneer pieces, washi tape: Ashley Goldberg for Studio Calico; Color Theory Spray Mists: Studio Calico; Other: Sewing machine, thread, watercolors

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed my layout!
